Connecticut-Style Warm Buttered Lobster Rolls

Ingredients:
- Live Lobsters: Order fresh, live lobsters from Noble Fresh Cart.
- Butter: 1 stick (4 tablespoons) of butter.
- Salt and Pepper: For seasoning.
- Brioche Hot Dog Buns: As many as needed for the lobster mixture.
- Fresh Lemon: For squeezing fresh lemon juice over the lobster rolls.
Instructions:
1.Order Noble Fresh Cart Fresh Live Lobsters!
2. Steam lobsters in a large pot for 2-4 minutes.
3. Remove lobsters from the pot and then remove the lobster meat from the shell.
4. Warm 1 stick of butter in a skillet until melted.
5. Add lobster to the butter and then mix together. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Remove the lobster mixture.
7. Place a brioche hot dog bun face-down in the same skillet until toasted.
8. Scoop the lobster mixture on to the toasted brioche hot dog bun.
9. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster right before you serve the lobster rolls.
