Ingredients:
- Scallop
- Cherry tomato
- Green onion
- Lemon
- Ponzu
- Ikura
Instructions:
- Slice scallops in half.
- Arrange on a plate.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle thinly sliced green onions.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and drizzle with ponzu.
- Add ikura for the finishing touch!
