Melon & Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients:
- Crown melon
- Arugula
- Prosciutto
- Burrata cheese
- Pine nuts
Instructions:
- Cut a melon in half, then divide one half into six slices.
- Remove the rind with a knife and set the rind aside for later decoration.
- Spread arugula across a serving plate.
- Wrap each melon slice with prosciutto.
- Arrange the wrapped melon slices on the plate.
- Tear burrata cheese into small pieces and scatter them across the plate.
- Use the reserved melon rind as a decorative touch, then finish with pine nuts.
