Salmon Ochazuke

Ingredients:
- Salmon Sashimi
- Rice
- Green Tea
- Shio Kombu
- Dashi Powder
- Shiso
- Wasabi (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook rice and set aside.
- Slice the salmon.
- Brew hot green tea.
- Place rice in a bowl and top with salmon.
- Add Shio Kombu, Dashi Powder, and shiso.

Pour hot tea over the top.
- Add Wasabi if desired and enjoy while it’s still warm!
