Tuna Cube Tataki with Ikura

Ingredients:
- Frozen Seared Tuna Cube Tataki
- Frozen Ikura Shoyu-Zuke
- Scallion
- Mayo
- Sriracha sauce
- Pick sticks
Instructions:
- Thaw Take Tuna Cube Tataki in refrigerator.
- Mix mayo and sriracha 1:1 to create a spicy sauce.
- Plate the sauce with flair.
- Arrange Tuna Cubes on top.
- Insert a pick into each cube.
- Top with Ikura.
- Finish with chopped scallions... done!
