No experience necessary—we’ll provide all the equipment and the freshest ingredients. Your station will be fully prepared, making it an easy and fun activity for team building, a night out with friends, or a unique date night.

Meet Chef Viet Vo
Chef Viet Vo brings over 20 years of experience as a chef, culinary instructor, and hospitality consultant. His career spans the U.S. and abroad—Brazil, Korea, Japan, and China—where he even worked with the International Olympic Committee. Today, he continues to inspire through his passion for cooking, blending global flavors with creative technique.

• Parking: The Epicurean Hotel offers complimentary valet parking for patrons of hotel outlets before 7 PM, and a discounted rate of $10 after 7 PM.
