Instructions:

    1. Prepare sushi rice and slice cucumber into thin strips.
    2. Remove Amaebi tails and slice sashimi into long pieces.
    3. Place a bamboo mat down, lay nori on top, and spread sushi rice evenly over one side.
    4. Sprinkle Tobikko over the rice.
    5. Arrange sashimi and cucumber in the center.
    6. Roll tightly from the front using the mat.
    7. Slice into even pieces.
    8. Plate beautifully and enjoy!
