Ingredients:

    • Soy sauce
    • Sesame oil
    • Wasabi (optional)
    • Freshly grated ginger (optional)
    • Vegetables (optional)

Instructions:

    1. Order Noble Fresh Cart "Fresh Korean Fluke (Hirame) Fillet" and/or "Fresh Japanese Red Sea Bream (Madai) Fillet" sashimi-ready grade fillets.
    2. Slice the fluke into thin pieces and arrange them neatly on a serving plate.
    3. Serve with small dishes of soy sauce and sesame oil for dipping.
    4. Optionally, provide wasabi for those who enjoy a bit of heat, and offer freshly grated ginger for added flavor.
    5. Enjoy the delicate and fresh flavors of Korean Jeju Island Fluke and Japanese Seabream sashimi!
