Ingredients:
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Wasabi (optional)
- Freshly grated ginger (optional)
- Vegetables (optional)
Instructions:
- Order Noble Fresh Cart "Fresh Korean Fluke (Hirame) Fillet" and/or "Fresh Japanese Red Sea Bream (Madai) Fillet" sashimi-ready grade fillets.
- Slice the fluke into thin pieces and arrange them neatly on a serving plate.
- Serve with small dishes of soy sauce and sesame oil for dipping.
- Optionally, provide wasabi for those who enjoy a bit of heat, and offer freshly grated ginger for added flavor.
