Blinis with Smoked Salmon and Caviar

Feeling fancy? Impress your brunch or dinner guests with this Michelin-quality appetizer that’s surprisingly easy to make, featuring world-class American Sturgeon Caviar! Sourced from sustainable American sturgeon farms, this caviar has a rich, buttery flavor that simply melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:

For the Blini Batter:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Oil (for cooking)

For Topping:

  • Crème fraîche
  • Caviar
  • Smoked salmon
  • Fresh dill

    Instructions:

    1.Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.

    2.In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter together. Mix egg mixture into the flour mixture until the batter is fully combined.

    3.Preheat a heavy skillet to medium heat. Add oil. Pour blini mixture into the skillet, about 2-inch circle. Repeat.

    4.Cook blinis for 2 minutes per side.

    5.Top with crème fraiche, caviar, smoked salmon, & dill.
