Blinis with Smoked Salmon and Caviar

Ingredients:
For the Blini Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Oil (for cooking)
For Topping:
- Crème fraîche
- Caviar
- Smoked salmon
- Fresh dill
Instructions:
1.Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter together. Mix egg mixture into the flour mixture until the batter is fully combined.
3.Preheat a heavy skillet to medium heat. Add oil. Pour blini mixture into the skillet, about 2-inch circle. Repeat.
4.Cook blinis for 2 minutes per side.
5.Top with crème fraiche, caviar, smoked salmon, & dill.
