Salmon Ceviche

Salmon Ceviche is surprisingly easy to make at home with fresh saku salmon from Noble Fresh Cart! This recipe comes together in just four easy steps, making it a favorite among home chefs of all experience levels!
Ingredients:
- Salmon (cut into small cubes)
- Cucumber (cut into small cubes)
- Mango (cut into small cubes)
For the Dressing:

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Sliced scallions

Fresh cilantro (for topping)
Instructions:
Step 1: Cut salmon, cucumber & mango into small cubes and then arrange the ingredients onto a colorful plate.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk orange juice, lime juice, sugar, and olive oil.
Step 3: Drizzle the orange juice mixture over the ingredients.
Step 4: Top with sliced scallions & fresh cilantro
