Salmon over a Cucumber Salad

This refreshing and tasty fresh Atlantic salmon, served with a yogurt cucumber salad, makes for an incredible — and flavorful — weeknight dinner. Will you try it for yourself? Ingredients:
- Fresh Atlantic Salmon (sashimi grade)
- Yogurt
- Cucumber
- Garlic
- Yogurt
- Lemon (optional)
- Mint (optional)
Instructions:
- Order Noble Fresh Cart Fresh Scottish Salmon Fillet or Fresh Atlantic Salmon are sashimi grade and fresh.
- Yogurt Cucumber Salad Peel cucumber and remove seeds. Cut cucumber into small cubes. Mix cucumber, minced garlic, yogurt, fresh lemon and chopped mint in a small bowl.
- Salmon Sear salmon filet in a hot skillet for 2 minutes. Flip. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Plating Spoon a cup of cucumber salad in the middle of a plate. Place the salmon filet on top of the salad. Garnish with fresh lemon, sliced radishes and mint.
