Sesame-crusted Bluefin tuna with soy ginger lime sauce is a healthy and very simple dish to make! Make an easy weeknight recipe with saku sushi-grade tuna from Noble Fresh Cart
Ingredients:
- Fresh Bluefin Tuna (sashimi grade)
- Sesame seed
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Wasabi paste
- Pickled ginger (optional)
Instructions:
- Order Noble Fresh Cart Bluefin Tuna is sashimi grade and fresh.
- Coat the tuna steak on all sides with the sesame seed mixture.
- Heat a cast iron skillet. Add cooking oil to prevent sticking. Sear the tuna steak briefly on all sides. Do not burn the sesame seeds.
- Slice the tuna into equal pieces.
- Soy Ginger Lime Sauce — Whisk ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and water in a small bowl.
- Arrange tuna on a decorative serving plate. Pour soy ginger lime sauce over tuna and garnish with sliced scallions.
