Ingredients:

  • Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye Steak
  • Fresh King Salmon (sashimi grade)
  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi paste
  • Pickled ginger (optional)

Instructions:

  2. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat.
  3. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes. Flip. Sear the other side for 1 minute. Turn the heat off. Allow the steak to rest in the skillet for 2 minutes.
  4. Place the steak on a cutting board. Allow the steak to rest for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the steak across the grain to about ¼ inch slices.
  6. Finish with coarse salt. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
