- Soy sauce

Instructions:

- Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat.
- Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes. Flip. Sear the other side for 1 minute. Turn the heat off. Allow the steak to rest in the skillet for 2 minutes.

- Cut the steak across the grain to about ¼ inch slices.
