Wagyu Donabe Rice

Ingredients:

Instructions:

    1. Cook rice with 460g of water, soy sauce, mirin, and dashi. Mix well before starting the rice cooker.
    2. Season Wagyu with salt and sear RARE.
    3. Slice the yam.
    4. Boil green peas briefly and drain.
    5. Dice the Wagyu into bite-sized cubes.
    6. Once rice is done, add Wagyu, yam, green peas, and shiso on top. Close the lid.
    7. Let steam for 10 minutes.
    8. Mix everything and serve warm!
