Hamachi Tobikko Spicy Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Hamachi saku (sashimi quality)
 - 2 cups lettuce
 - 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
 - 1 tbsp spicy oil
 - 2 tbsp tobikko
 - Sesame seeds
 - Nori (Dried Seaweed)
 
Instructions:
- Place kitchen paper on the cutting board to absorb excess moisture from the Hamachi.
 - Gently pat the Hamachi dry.
 - Trim the toro (fatty) section for another dish, leaving the lean red portion.
 - Flip the Hamachi and slice 8–10 sashimi pieces diagonally using the entire blade of your knife.
 - Arrange lettuce on a plate, add Hamachi slices, and drizzle with a dressing made from ponzu and spicy oil.
 - Finish with tobikko, sesame seeds, and nori for garnish.
