How to make sushi rice?

Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 2 cups white rice
- 4 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions:
- Cook 2 cups (360cc) of white rice in a rice cooker.
- While the rice is still warm, gently mix in 4 tsp of vinegar for full flavor absorption.
- Let the rice cool before using it for sushi rolls, chirashi bowls, or hand rolls.
