All-you-can-eat sushi and wagyu beef! NY hosts "SUSHI-CON," one of the largest in the US, featuring a bluefin tuna cutting show

SUSHI-CON 2026, one of the largest sushi events in the United States, will be held in New York City on October 11th at Pier 36 in Manhattan. More than 60 domestic and international exhibitors will gather, offering unlimited tastings of bluefin tuna, salmon, yellowtail, wagyu beef, and more, as well as a live cutting show of a giant bluefin tuna weighing over 400 pounds (approximately 180 kg).

Following its success last year, SUSHI-CON will be held on an even larger scale this year. More than 60 exhibitors, including food manufacturers and brands from Japan and other Asian countries, as well as popular restaurants, will showcase the appeal of sushi, seafood, and Asian cuisine. The organizers' mission is to "deliver authentic Asian flavors and rich food culture to the world," and they will welcome a wide range of visitors, from sushi fans to food connoisseurs.

The highlight of the event is the live tuna cutting show, where skilled chefs will prepare a bluefin tuna weighing over 400 pounds. Due to popular demand, this year the show will be held twice, at noon and 3pm, allowing attendees to enjoy the impressive knife skills and the fresh tuna immediately after it's been cut up close.

Another attraction is the opportunity to sample high-quality ingredients such as bluefin tuna, yellowtail, salmon, and wagyu beef at the venue. Furthermore, partner restaurants will be selling signature dishes, offering a gourmet experience exclusive to the event. Restaurant menus are available at an additional charge.

At the co-organizer's "Noble Fresh Cart" booth, you can order your favorite products at the venue at a special price, and home delivery is also available. You can continue to enjoy your favorite flavors at home even after the event.

There are two types of tickets: a full-day pass ($180) that allows entry from 11 am to 5 pm, and a half-day pass ($120) that allows entry from 2 pm to 5 pm. Both include tastings at over 60 exhibition booths and a gift bag, and the full-day pass holders can watch the bluefin tuna cutting show twice, while the half-day pass holders can watch the show at 3 pm.
