Crispy Sushi (Uni Ikura & Spicy Salmon)

Ingredients:
- Fresh King Salmon Saku
- Fresh Uni - Japan Hokkaido
- Tobikko (Orange)
- Ikura Shoyu-Zuke
- Rice
- Shiso
- Jalapeño
- Mayo: 1 spoon
- Sriracha sauce: 1 spoon
Instructions:
- Dice salmon and mix with Tobikko, mayo & sriracha.
- Make sushi rice (see past recipe).
- Mold rice into a flat layer using containers & plastic wrap.
- Pan-fry with oil on medium heat until both sides are golden.
- Cut rice into bite-sized squares.
- Top with spicy salmon, uni, ikura, shiso, and jalapeño to finish.
It all started from leftover sushi rice, pan-fried the next day. Now? It’s the star of every party spread.
