Shrimp & Octopus Ceviche

Ingredients:
- 20 Frozen White Shrimp
- 1 Frozen Boiled Tako Leg (Octopus)
- 1 Tuna Saku (Akami)
- 3 Cucumber
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- 1 Avocado
- 5 Mini Tomatoes
- 2 Lime & 5 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
- Tortilla Chips
Instructions:
- Boil shrimp and let cool.
- Finely chop cucumber, red onion, and tomato.
- Remove seeds and mince jalapeno.
- Chop cilantro, dice avocado.
- Dice cooked shrimp, octopus, and Tuna.
- Squeeze lime and lemon juice generously.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt & pepper, and mix well.
