Unlimited tasting! America's largest sushi event, "Sushi-Con," is coming to New York. How much are tickets?

Sushi-Con, the largest sushi tasting event in the United States, will be held in New York City on September 6th and 7th. This is your chance to sample the finest sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Sushi-Con 2025, held at the Metropolitan Pavilion, is a popular event that attracted over 1,700 visitors the last time it was held. Following last year's huge success, this year's event will be the first to be held over two days and will be the largest ever. Over 40 exhibitors will gather to offer a selection of Japanese cuisine and ingredients, including sushi, sashimi, wagyu beef, matcha, yuzu, and wasabi.

Highlights (1) Tuna Cutting Show

The highlight of the event is the famous "Tuna Cutting Show." Experienced sushi chefs will cut up a 181kg tuna right before your eyes, and you can sample the fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, and lean meat on the spot. The impressive craftsmanship and cutting process is an experience not to be missed.

At the venue, you can enjoy unlimited tastings of carefully selected ingredients such as bluefin tuna, salmon, yellowtail, red sea bream, sea urchin, and wagyu beef. At the Noble Fresh Cart booth, you can also purchase exhibited products at event-exclusive prices and order delivery.
