Crispy Sushi (Uni Ikura & Spicy Salmon)

Ingredients:

Instructions:

    1. Dice salmon and mix with Tobikko, mayo & sriracha.
    2. Make sushi rice (see past recipe).
    3. Mold rice into a flat layer using containers & plastic wrap.
    4. Pan-fry with oil on medium heat until both sides are golden.
    5. Cut rice into bite-sized squares.
    6. Top with spicy salmon, uni, ikura, shiso, and jalapeño to finish.
⭑ Fun fact ⭑
It all started from leftover sushi rice, pan-fried the next day. Now? It’s the star of every party spread.
