Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Slice the hamachi.
- Add hamachi to the bowl and coat well in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Plate beautifully and finish with chopped scallions.
