Hotate Carpaccio with Ponzu

Ingredients:

    • Scallop
    • Cherry tomato
    • Green onion
    • Lemon
    • Ponzu
    • Ikura

Instructions:

    1. Slice scallops in half.
    2. Arrange on a plate.
    3. Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
    4. Sprinkle thinly sliced green onions.
    5. Garnish with lemon wedges and drizzle with ponzu.
    6. Add ikura for the finishing touch!
