Scallop & Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:
- Frozen Hotate Himotsuki (Boiled Scallop)
- Frozen White Shrimp (Tail On, Peeled & Deveined)
- Garlic
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce

Parsley
- Lemon
- Skewers
Instructions:
- Scallop Skewers:

- Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, melted butter, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Skewer 4 scallops per stick.
- Shrimp Skewers:
-
- Mix butter, garlic, soy sauce, salt & pepper.
- Skewer 4 shrimp per stick.
- Grill both sides until golden and slightly charred. Serve hot & enjoy!
