When I received the crabs, they were not alive, and I have to throw it away. So disappointed.

Please allow us to explain our process: we receive live crabs early in the morning and carefully pack them with wet paper on top to ensure they can breathe during transit. When the package arrives, the crabs should typically be alive. If they appear not to be moving, they may simply be asleep and can often be revived with a gentle poke. Even if the crabs are not alive upon arrival, they are still fresh and safe for consumption when handled promptly.
That said, we deeply regret that this was not your experience. To better assist you in the future, we kindly ask that you attach photos or videos when reporting an issue so that we can promptly investigate and provide support.
