Hamachi Tobikko Spicy Salad

Instructions:

    1. Place kitchen paper on the cutting board to absorb excess moisture from the Hamachi.
    2. Gently pat the Hamachi dry.
    3. Trim the toro (fatty) section for another dish, leaving the lean red portion.
    4. Flip the Hamachi and slice 8–10 sashimi pieces diagonally using the entire blade of your knife.
    5. Arrange lettuce on a plate, add Hamachi slices, and drizzle with a dressing made from ponzu and spicy oil.
    6. Finish with tobikko, sesame seeds, and nori for garnish.
