A luxurious chirashi bowl

Instructions:
- Cook 2 rice cups (360cc) of white rice in a rice cooker.
- While still warm, gently mix in 4 tsp of vinegar and let it cool.
- Spread the cooled rice flat in a dish bowl.
- Dice cucumber, and your favorite sashimi into small cubes.

Just top them on the rice and add toppings for a luxurious chirashi bowl.
