Ingredients:
- Sushi Rice
- Nori
- Amaebi
- Sashimi (of choice)
- Tobikko
- Cucumber
Instructions:
- Prepare sushi rice and slice cucumber into thin strips.
- Remove Amaebi tails and slice sashimi into long pieces.
- Place a bamboo mat down, lay nori on top, and spread sushi rice evenly over one side.
- Sprinkle Tobikko over the rice.
- Arrange sashimi and cucumber in the center.
- Roll tightly from the front using the mat.
- Slice into even pieces.
- Plate beautifully and enjoy!
