Ingredients:

Instructions:

    1. Slice Wagyu thinly.
    2. Season lightly with salt.
    3. Sear the Wagyu quickly until just cooked.
    4. Cut Nori into 4 pieces, and arrange on a plate.
    5. Top with shiso, Wagyu, Uni, and Caviar Russe.
    6. Finish with a touch of wasabi for an extra kick... and enjoy!
