Ingredients:
- Wagyu
- Uni
- Caviar Russe
- Nori
- Shiso
- Salt
- Wasabi
Instructions:
- Slice Wagyu thinly.
- Season lightly with salt.
- Sear the Wagyu quickly until just cooked.
- Cut Nori into 4 pieces, and arrange on a plate.
- Top with shiso, Wagyu, Uni, and Caviar Russe.
- Finish with a touch of wasabi for an extra kick... and enjoy!
