Wagyu Donabe Rice

Instructions:
- Cook rice with 460g of water, soy sauce, mirin, and dashi. Mix well before starting the rice cooker.
- Season Wagyu with salt and sear RARE.
- Slice the yam.
- Boil green peas briefly and drain.
- Dice the Wagyu into bite-sized cubes.
- Once rice is done, add Wagyu, yam, green peas, and shiso on top. Close the lid.
- Let steam for 10 minutes.
- Mix everything and serve warm!
