Deviled Egg with Uni

Ingredients:

• Uni
• Eggs
• Mayonnaise (4 tbsp)
• Grated garlic (1 tsp)
• Salt (a pinch)
• Scallions

Instructions:

1. Hard-boil the eggs, then peel the shells.
2. Trim the top and bottom slightly so they stand neatly when plated.
3. Cut each egg in half.
4. Gently remove the yolks.
5. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, salt, and grated garlic until smooth.
6. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
7.  Arrange egg whites on a plate and pipe the filling into each half.
8. Top generously with uni.
9. Finish with chopped scallions and serve.
