Ingredients:
- Soy sauce
- Rice
- Vinegar
- Takuan
- Tuna
- Salmon
- Seaweed
- Uni
- Caviar
- Ikura
- Sesame seeds(optional)
- Wasabi (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook 2 rice cups (360cc) of white rice in a rice cooker.
- While the rice is still warm, gently mix in 4 tsp of vinegar for full flavor absorption, then let it cool.
- Dice takuan, tuna, and salmon (or your choice of seafood) and mix takuan & tuna with soy sauce.
- Cut a sheet of seaweed to size and set it on a sushi stand.
- Top with Uni & Caviar, Tuna Toro & Takuan, or Salmon & Ikura, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Add a touch of soy sauce and wasabi to taste. Enjoy!
